But I know one thing. Harry had many styles. It's hard to pin down exactly what ingredients make a Harry Chapin song. But if there was ever a quintisential Harry Chapin song; one that just drips Harry Chapin, it's Corey's Coming. Much in the same way that an art expert could tell you if Picaso actually painted a particular painting, I'd lay my life on one thing. Of the above options, I choose to believe Ol' John Joseph was "misquoted". -Brian
