years, Maryland resident Scott Sivakoff has performed free on-line
Chapin music concerts on Sunday evenings (see http://www.chapinmusic.com/online_concerts.html).
This year, with the event marketing skills of fellow Chapin fan Mike Cirba,
Sivakoff performed a series of four benefit concerts in Pennsylvania,
